1. Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

• All books including authorsigned copies are non returnable and non refundable

• Promotional items (promo T-shirts, bookmarks, etc.)

3. Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Replacement Policy

Where applicable, damaged items may be replaced instead of refunded.
